This Privacy Policy explains how 7M HOST (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit 7mhost.com, use our client area at my.7mhost.com, or buy web hosting and domain services from us.
Information we collect
- Account and billing details: your name, email address, postal address, phone number (if provided) and order history when you create an account or place an order.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy and security standards.
- Domain registration details: when you register a domain, the registrant contact details you provide are passed to our domain registration partner and the relevant domain registry, as required by ICANN and registry rules.
- Hosted content: the websites, files, databases and email you store on our servers. We access this content only when needed to provide the service, fix a problem you report, keep our systems secure, or comply with the law.
- Messages to us: what you send through our contact form, support tickets or live chat.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and server logs created when you use our website, client area or hosting services. We use these for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse.
How we use your information
- To provide, set up, bill for and support your services.
- To send service emails, such as order confirmations, invoices, renewal reminders and account details.

- Google reCAPTCHA – spam protection on our contact form. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- tawk.to – live chat on our website.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of 7M HOST, our customers or others.
Cookies
Our website and client area use cookies that are needed to keep you logged in, remember your cart and protect forms against spam. Our live chat and reCAPTCHA services may also set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the client area may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When a hosting service is cancelled or terminated, the hosting account and its files, databases and email are deleted from our servers. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time until they are overwritten.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrative access, firewalls and regular updates to protect our systems. No online service can be completely secure, so please use strong passwords and keep your own backups of important data.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account details in the client area at any time. You may also ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
